Hi Ray, as far as I can see the websocket calls and address which is not concatenated with the VPN server hostname. It is not using WS or WSS and it seems I don't even get an HTTP response code. The web application itself is stuck with loading forever and the XHR calls I can see in the debugger use the URL format you mentioned but with CT=sxml. Kind regards, DM

Hi ranton, can you see any messages in the User Access Log of the VPN gateway? Is the Pulse gateway directly connected to the internet or is there a firewall filtering the traffic to the gateway? Kind regards, DM

Hi Pulse Community, we got an internal website we want to make available to some customers via WebSSL. If I connect to my sign-in page and login I can see the website put parts of the website are still "loading". We've tried to debug the websession as good as we can. If I connect to the website without Pulse I get a websocket which is about 300 bytes. If I do the same via Pulse I get a websocket but it's 0 bytes. Are there special rewriting rules I need to add to use websockets via the Pulse gateway? Thank you for your help.

Hi Pulse Community, a couple days ago MacOS 10.15.4 was published and since updating the system our customers get a warning that the VPN client uses old system extensions which will be incompatible in the future. We are currently using 9.1R4.1 for the client. Which version should I upgrade the clients to at least to make sure the MacOS clients will work in the future? Thank you for your help.

@zanyterpI'm looking for a How-To in general. As far as my understanding goes I can set some general settings in Users -> Resource Policies -> SSO -> General. So I set a label (e.g. "owa"), a domain and credential type "variable" so I can use username[1] and password[1] again. But somehow it does not work. I've also tried credential type "system" and "static".

Hi @zanyterp, sorry for the delay I had to wait for a colleague to test. Traffic Enforcement is disabled but enabling it has no effect. Split Tunneling is disabled as well and enabling has no effect, too. I saw in another post something about SEP logs ("Connecting-to-VPN-with-Pulse-shuts-off-my-wireless"). If SEP stands for Symantec Endpoint Protection we have also disabled any Endpoint Protection to make sure it will not interfere.

Thank you for the advice about <username[1]>. Just to make sure [1] is the primary credential set or is it [0]? I've managed to configure SSO for OWA via POST by creating a new Web Application Resource Profile with Type "Microsoft OWA 2016". Enabling "Remote SSO" with "servername.tld:443/owa" as Resource and "servername.tld:443/owa/auth.owa" as Post URL. I wonder if I can do it similar with NTLM but I'm kinda lost about that.

Hi [email protected], thanks for your reply. We have already opened a support ticket but currently the support tries to convince us that we should either use a different cellphone (we use the internal SIM and no cellphone) or that our network connection is unstable though it is perfectly stable when not connecting to the VPN. That's why I asked here if it is a known bug so I can refer to it in the ticket.

Hi Community, we have several notebooks with an internal SIM card running Windows 10 Enterprise with a Pulse Connect Secure Client with version 9.0.4(1731). Since an upgrade from Windows 10 1709 to Windows 10 1809 we cannot use the VPN connection via the internal SIM card. The mobile connection is completely stable until the Pulse client establishes the connection and kills the internet connection resulting in a reset of the VPN connection. The problem does not occur if we connect the notebook via cable. Is this a known bug or a misconfiguration of our notebooks/clients?

Thank you for your reply @zanyterp. I am trying to configure the Users>Resource Policies>Web>SSO>General but I am not sure about doing it correctly. Like our OWA supports Basic Auth (starting with that before trying kerberos or NTLM). So I tried it with Basic with System credentials and Variable credentials using <USERNAME> and <PASSWORD> so the primary credentials will be used to log in to OWA but I still get the log in page instead of getting logged in by the system. I feel like I'm missing something but cannot put the finger on it.

Hi, I try to get started with SSO on Pulse Connect Secure. I asked Pulse Support for a How-To but they say I have to collect Fiddler logs, send them to Pulse and they can configure SSO. Is there really no How-To available? If there is no How-To, how can I get started anyway?
