Hi @vamfoom , This issue can be caused by many things.  In our lab it was the 9.1R3 back-end upgrade (issue every 10 mins / upgrade to 9.1R4 solved it).  In the production enviroment (enterprise) we're suspecting the external firewall which gives Deny's on Port 80. Hi @MercuryZ ,  I think you should try to change the connection url / uri in the connectionset, then connect a client and see if it works. (Use a LAB enviroment or Test Realm so you won't harm your users).  Other option for automatic deploy is use the " jamcommand -importfile " including your new PreConfiguration file. We've done a rollback of 9.1r3 to 9.1r1 since it was ditching the VPN tunnel every 10 minutes with encrypted alert. (user disconnect since it doesn't qualify re-evaluated policies). Hi @pbsit & @flipPipe  I wanted to let you know that I've managed to create an configfile which contains two VPN's for two different environments.    Both connection are Layer 3 VPN. 1 connection is Full VPN for Remote Acces and the other is a SplitTunnel to another server when the user is at one of our offices.  To do so, you need to create an extra connection within the selected Connections.  { Pulse Secure Client > Connections > [connection name] }   When you've created it and configured it as you wanted, you can download the installer configuration form the Client components section. Your PreConfigFile should now contain both VPN Entry's.  *Be aware of location awareness rules that could interfere.  Hope this helps you out!  ... View more

Hello,  I've got the same question / issue as you mentioned. It seems that when a user 'overrides' the connection. If a client then comes back from sleep I still see the 'Manual Override' from the user.  When I enable 'Connect automatically' based on L.A. and the machine passed it's Idle Timeout, users will have log in again to the Realm. I've also unchecked the option of "Reconnect at Session Timeout or Deletion"    ps; In the specific Realm i've created I do not allow users to save log on information.
