PSA 300 currently on 9.1r11.5.  I sucessfully upload file to stage.  wait about 1 min, then I see staging happening (verifiy,extracting,etc), then it finishes and I go back to upgrade page and install From Staged Package is grayed out.   and Delete Staged package is grayed out.   admin log shows that it was staged?!   I might have messed up my first attempt and browsed away before it finished staging.. so now I think I have multiple r17's staged??    anyone else have this issue? ... So, I'm going to wait a few days to install 9.1r11.4 on our PSA-300.    I've run the mitigation for the recent hacks.   My question is: can I run the Integrity Checker AFTER I upgrade to 9.1r11.4?    The Integrity Checker software is also a fresh release, I hope they fixed the false positive issue that was happening on PSA-300 models.  I never ran it on my PSA-300 because of the false positive issue.   and we aren't a defence contractor for the government.   ... For us when "Enable web installation and automatic upgrade of Pulse Secure clients" is disabled the install does NOT go well... uninstall .exe seems to work well, but when users go back in to vpn webpage they have issues installing PSAL/Host Checker (have to try a few times, then it works), then if they accidently uninstalled ALL Pulse apps the Pulse Setup Client won't install.   "The server configuration requires the application be pre-installed on your machine."    If I enable auto upgrade, everything works PERFECTLY.  BUT I'm afraid of forcing the upgrade on the 85% of users that have a working Pulse Secure client.    If I force the upgrade then those working users will HAVE to use the uninstall .exe, right? and we are getting an error on some Mac users PSAL "detected and internal error"   digging into hidden mac files and deleted all Pulse folders does allow a fresh install, and resolves the issue.   ... so... we're waiting for a fix from Pulse like everyone else.   Is there a way to force the Pulse client to NOT use browser.  for some users, even when you right click pulse icon and connect that way a browser pops-up.    we have found fully uninstalling all Pulse programs and reinstalling via .msi works to avoid browser, but I need something easier!! ... Strange behavior this morning.  Host Checker failing with "An Unexpected Error Occured" for Pulse Setup Client. These are users who are already on 9.1.11, and already had it working.    I've got about 20% of windows users reporting this.   Can't find a pattern.  anyone else????    EDIT: turned off "Auto-upgrade Host Checker" and it works now for everyone.      Do you think it's a Windows Defender update that is causing this?    ... Strange issue, new laptop, latest Chrome.  login to VPN, great, Host Checker loads, great, then Searching for Applicaiton Launcher counts all the way down.  but if I click the little "click here to go back" button, then click Start to lauch Pulse Secure, it goes back to Search for Application Launcher, but it works!!!!!      anyone else???? unfortuanatly for this user the only reliable way will be to use ie/ActiveX.  it's a very fast laptop and I wonder if something is happening out of order. ... I want to create a Host Checker that just checks Windows machines for a certain Process running.  I did that and it works.  BUT, when I try to login with my cell phone it tells me I can't because no Android rules are created (or something like that).  My question is; I ONLY care about this process on Windows machines.  I'd like to allow users on who are on other OSes... BUT I'd like to not have to create rules for all the OSes.  AND I really don't want to create more User Roles.   can I do this? ... View more

We need the bottom right CTRL key to be sent as right CTRL (I beleive when I press it in an HTML5 RDP session a right CTRL is passed.).   Also, numberpad enter is just a plain enter.   UGH!  we are so close to this being perfect.  We have an AS400 emulator that has bottom right CTRL mapped to enter.   we can change that, but it would scramble everyone's brains. anyway to manually map keys in Guacamole ?   thanks ...
