Hi Ray, Thank you for your response. We are using Full tunnel and escalated this to webex. They observed that after connecting to VPN huge Jitter is adding to the WebEx and once we disconnected VPN then audio is very clean. The outbound traffic is passing through our firewall (FortiGate) and we did some testing by blocking UDP 9000 in the firewall then observing clean audio. We did a packet capture on PulseSecure appliance and found that extra payload is adding in return packet. We have allowed all the WebEx IP range in the firewall policy and users are using Windows 10. The PulseSecure appliance version is 9.0R4. Thanks, Yugandhar.
