I did a tracert to the URL and an nslookup on the address of the O365 tenant. I have the same result with one person where it works and with one person where it doesn't.

Yes, when I activate split tunneling, and I try to go to site "https://<tenant>.sharepoint.com", I can see the traffic going directly to the internet, but the users tell me that the site is very slow or even inaccessible. If I do a tracert to a site other than Microsoft, the traffic is well through the LAN

Hello, I will implement the split-tunneling for Teams, Sharepoint and Exchange. So I use the Microsoft’s documentation (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/microsoft-365-vpn-implement-split-tunnel?view=o365-worldwide) and the Pulse Secure’s article (https://kb.pulsesecure.net/articles/Pulse_Secure_Article/KB44417). When a client is connect on the VPN, I see with a tracert the way is direct or not. But now, for exemple, when a client is connect on the VPN, the website “https://<tenant>.sharepoint.com ” or ” https://<tenant>-my.sharepoint.com” they are more latency. The symptom is same with Teams. Is there another configuration missing? Thank you for your help.

Why is this not indicative of a problem? I cannot put this version in production if there are multiple disconnections which are non-existent with the old versions (9.1R13). What other logs should I provide?

Hello, I have a problem with newest version about Pulse Secure (9.1R15, 9.1R14.(1), etc) We have the 9.1R13 version in production, and we don't have this problem. When we go into the logs, we can see that the Pulse client disconnects very regularly (0 to 150 seconds). In reality, the user does not perceive an interruption every X seconds. We started a TSE connection and the connection ended after about 25 minutes. Why do we have this issue? Yes, that's right. At the first connection, the VPN tunnel is up, but I have the icon of world for internet. After several restarts, I have internet correctly. Then after some time, I lose the internet connection again and the world icon comes back. I have this problem on versions 9.1R13/14 but not on 9.1R6.

Hello, I have a problem with the client Pulse Secure. Actually, the Pulse Secure server is in 9.1R13 and the client Pulse Secure is in 9.1R6 . It’s work fine. We will update the Pulse Secure client, and we test the version 9.1R13, but we have a problem. When I make the first connection, the connection Pulse Secure is up but i don’t have Internet. I must disconnect and reconnect 2 at 5 times for it’s work. After a lot of time, I lose the connection Internet. I must disconnect and reconnect a lot of time for avoir Internet. I also have the same problem on version 9.1R14. Is anything to change with the latest updates? Do we need to enable other settings? Thank you for your help,

If the user manually downloads the definitions from Symantec Endpoint Protection, the connection is successful. The user does not have a window on the Pulse client that downloads the updates.

It depends on the quality of the connection, but at least 1 min and 30 seconds or more. The RSA key code changes at least once during the anti-virus update. Before the host checker.The user enters these identifiers and after several host checker tests are carried out.

When a client connects and the virus database is not up to date, he receives the following message "Update in progress,once update done you will connected to network pulse secure". We don't use Split Tunneling on this role. The IP server is 10.10.6.X and the ACL is 10.0.0.0/8:* I've make a tcmdump on a Pulse 8.3R1, i've see the traffic to the server who is the script. The ACL / role, is the same. I've export the configuration.

I've test this option on a Pulse 8.3R1 with Pulse Secure client, it's work. I have a appliance Pulse Secure 9.1R3. I have make an updgrade on version 9.1R4 but now the connection is impossible. When I use Network Connect, I have a script error with the method « addEventListener « . ». When I use Pulse Secure, I have « Network Error 1115». At the events logs, I have "Failed to set ACLs for user with NCIP". If I make a rollback in 9.1R3, it’s work. I test the version 9.1R4.1, I have the same problem. Anybody have the same problem?

I do not have access log to the acces on files. But, I have install "Process Monitor" and I have this event : "Opration : CreatFile / Result : BAD NETWORK PATH" But when I copy the link manually on the file explorer I have access to the share. The rights on the share are : Administrotar : Full control Users : Reading / Reading and Excution / Display of the contents of the folder When I make : ipconfig \displaydns : the DC is known. Sometimes it's work, sometimes it's doesn't work.

Hello, Actually, my compagny make VPN connections with Network Connect, but we will pass to use Pulse Secure. I've test all my roles but one case make me trouble. My role launch a "Windows : Session start script" --> \\workstation\files\script.cmd. The script launch a rds. When I use Network Connect, it's work, the script is execute. When I use Pulse Secure, it doesn't work, no script was execute. To the log, I have this error message : 00294,09 2019/10/18 08:50:18.995 1 Système PulseSecureService.exe iveConnectionMethod p0160 t834 ncSessionScriptsWIN.cpp:93 - 'ncAccessMethod' copy file from '\\xxxx.xxxx.net\xxxxx$\xxxxx_RDS_xxxx.cmd' to 'C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\cpuD0CD.cmd' failed with error 53, attempt 0 I try to launch manually the script with the Explorer Windows, it's work with NC but not with Pulse.
