No surprise. I put in a call on Monday and again Tuesday and never received one call back. I spoke to a customer care person and all they told me is Engineers are in a call right now and will call you back. Never heard one peep. It's awful! I told my boss we should look at another service. We can't depend on this kind of service especially when Pulse broke our systems in the first place. I really hope they provide a big discount to everyone for this blunder.
