Hello, I tried to install Pulse Secure in Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS following this guide: https://cis.technion.ac.il/en/central-services/communication/off-campus-connection/ssl-vpn/install-pulse-client-linux/   After inserting my VPN profile, I clicked on the 'Connect' button and a blank window opened in place of the authentication window.
