That's a decent doc, but they missed one step.   In the dictiona.dcm file located in the radius directory you need to add the following:   @h3c.dct   Also, after making these changes you will need to restart the SBR service to read in the changes.   You also need to select the "H3C Enterprise Network Products" on the client in order to use the VSAs in a return list.   Hope that helps.     ...
