Hi When I add an additiinnal authentification server, I have on my sign-in page 2 section for loing et 2 section for password. Is-it normal ? And it's not poassible to have a sign-in page with only one login and one password section when we specify to use an additionnal authentification server ?

Dear all We use currently 2 type of authentification server in our compagny. First one is based on an LDAP and the second is an Active directory. On each authentifcation server, user have the same login but not always the same password (there is no sync between 2 systems). We use SA 45000 to access our extranet web site (https://extranet.xxxx.zzzz.com). I would like to kwow, if for the same login page, we can use 2 differents authentification server (1st priority is to check in AD and 2eme is the LDAP). When user try to connect, he will enter his login (the same on both authentification) and the system check in AD if the password is correct and if not, the system check after on the LDAP directory ? Is it possible ? BR

Hello I would like to know the best pratices for the network card speed. Is-it better to fix the speed configuration in the SA4500 and on the swith to "Auto" or to fix the speed to "1000 Full duplex" ? And for network, do you knwo if best pratcies exist regarding MTU, Timeout, etc.... BR

Dear all I come back with my problem. I changed the configuration to use only SSL VPN ant not ESP but the problem is already not fixed. I have user without problem of disconnecting and other user where sometime, user can be connecting several hours without problem and sometime, the connexion is broken many time (sometime after few minutes only) The JunosPulse client is embadded on our master of laptop. there is a specific configuration of the JunosPulse client if the client is embadded in a master image ? Which others configuration I can check to try to understand the problem and try to solve it ? BR

and when we said ESP is more faster than SSL transport configuration, is-it only when the connexion is established or it's also the case for the communication inside the VPN ? If we used ESP, the communication inside the VPN (access to Exchange or CIFS share for example) will be most faster than SSL configuration ? And concerning the security, the ESP and SLL are the same level or SSL is more secure because, it's not necessary to open a new port (UDP 4500) on the FW ?

Dear all, In my company, we use a cluster of Juniper SA platform ( 2 x 4500). We used these platform to access Corporate network through VPN connexion with JunosPulse client. In the configuration in Resource Policies > VPN Tunneling > Connection Profiles, we have 2 choices about the transport : ESP or SSL. Which transport is better between ESP or SLL ? When it's better to used ESP and when it's better to configure SSL transport ? Regards

Dear All, I have a SA4500 plateform. On this plateform, I configured my nomad connexion with JunosPulse client. I configured already the HostChecker. But, if I want to check the date of antivirus signature of my antivirus (McAfee) date before to set up the VPN tunnel, is-it necessary to have a licence for Endpoints or whith the standard licence, it's possible to check if the virus file is not older than 2 days and if it's the case, to force to download the new virus signature from Juniper web site (or from McAfee), update the virus file on the user laptop and after, connect the laptop on the Corporate network ? Dear all We use SA 4500 platform (74r8) and JunosPulse to connect laptop client to Corporate network. The VPN is configured to used ESP type. sometimes, users are disconnected after few minutes. Sometime, during 30mn, users are disconnected 3 or 4 times. And after, user can stay connected several hours. Do you have an idea to investigate the problem ? Do you know if there are lot of prerequistes for this type of VPN (between laptop and SA4500 with JunosPluse client) ? Regards

Yes have SSL fail back enabled with default values. I have configured the VPN mode SSL only this morning and I will test and wait if users have the same problem with SSL mode only (before, I was in ESP mode with SSL faill back with default values)

I would like to know what is the advantage to install this plugin on the latop ? What is the best usage : install PulseNC only or PulseNC + NCTNCClientPlugin ? Many thank's for your help.
