Thanks for the helpful reply Kita, I have done what you said and contacted support, ran the OESISDIagnosis tool, and determined that the host checker was not detecting that real time scanning was turned on. I restarted the service manually and now it is detecting it, except that I have to restart that service every time the computer is restarted. Same thing is happening in 2.3.6/7/8. Still working with Juniper support to determine if it's an issue with the host checker not detecting real time scanning or if it's more of an issue with McAfee not starting the real time scanning service properly (even though it says it's started). Will update here once I find the resolution.
