UPDATE: tried to rollback to 7.1r5 and then update with the new 7.4r3 with no luck, problem is still there. So one more rollback to 7.1r5 and then i choosed to use 7.3r5. After the upgrade to this release problems were gone!!!   anyway thx for the support. Maybe tell juniper about this ... View more
