I got it working, but still having some problems with it. If I use the main url and realm, with just single factor authentication it works great. The things that are not working so far are using virtual hostname, or sub url. Another thing that does not seem to work properly is the autotriggered VPN option, if I connect manually it works perfectly, but the VPN is not starting autmatically once I start an url or app (like RDP). Only had very little time to test it, and this was with the Windows Phone 8.1 developer preview, not with the recent update 1 release. Will try to find some time to do some more testing with the latest Windows Phone version.
