I tried reinstalling the client many many times. The application shown in "Applications" has a cross on it and just won’t start. This is a brand new MacBook Pro out of the box that I just bought last week !! I tried restoring the app from my last macbook’s backup, the app starts but it fails with : Failed to connect to the Pulse Secure service. I tried doing : sudo launchctl load -w /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.pulsesecure.AccessService.plist but it still won’t work. Also, if I go through my university’s web portal I get the following error message : Failed to contact server. Please check your network connection and try again. Can somebody help? Connecting through the openVPN client works but I get random disconnections.
