The desktop pulse connects me correctly and ping the device and the shared folders, but when I try to open a network folder that I have access to, it stops pinging me even though the application is still connected. I have kaspersky endpoint security for windows version 11.3.0.773. But I think it is not an antivirus problem because I uninstall it and it still doesn't work. Can you help me?
