Dears,   i am confronted to an issue. we try to provide sharepoint resources behind PCS but when we go to Library-->export to excel, we have the owssvr.dll file download which is executed by excel as owssvr.dll-4.iqy to import data. during the import data i receive an error "cannot connect to the server at this time.
