thank you my friend, i completed all steps and when i connect to pulse secure using the client they gave me a message the upgrade the software and once click on upgrade button the message diappeared and nothing happaend shall i wait more than 30 minutes ?! or is there somthing else might i forgot.

Hello, we are facing issue with pulse secure desktop agent upgrade, when we upgraded the appliances from 9.1R4 to 9.1R11,the clients not able to recevie the upgarde even the upgrade dialog not even shown for the users, meanwhile the web installation and automatic upgrade of Pulse Secure clients is enabled. your help is highly appreciated.

Hi Guys, I have a query about pulse secure VPN Client, I configured the Timed Access list on VPN Access Profile that Allowed the connection from 8 AM to 11 PM; in our scenario when the Client trying to connect using VPN Desktop after 11 PM it will be connected but when they are trying to access the connection that is defined in the access list will be rejected due to the Timed access list. for now, that is good, but I want Pulse Secure Desktop client when the users trying to enter their username and password after 11 PM reject the connection before the Pulse Secure Desktop has been connected. Is there any way to solve this concern?

Hello Guys, Hope all of you are doing well, I have two Issues with pulse Secure Host Checker, I have Sophos File Encryption and FireEye Anti-Malware, and i created two rules in the HC for them: for the first one;it is regarding Sophos DiskEncryption; i created a Predefind DiskEncryption that match sophos company and All Drivers must be ecncrypted, so my problem when a device has Sophos file encryption the compliance policy failed and give me a message that sophos DiskEncryption are not installed. regarding FireEye problem, when the checking Complince policy starting in the Pulse secure client after a while it give me a message that FireEye agent is not installed, it seems that the agent not able to see FireEye agent and matched it to the policy. waiting your feedbaack.

Hello Guys, I have configured HC to check more than one policy as below 1) Antivirus: check if the Symantec is installed or not and the scan was run within 5 days without checking the definition updated or not 2) antispyware: check if the agent installed or not. 3) Hard-disk encryption: check if all drivers encrypted or not 4) registry path: to check if the device Joined to the domain or not 5)Mac address: check if the device listed in the Mac Address list or not When the client starts checking the compliance policies, it's taking too long and sometimes gives me a message says that the operation is rejected by the server. What is the default time that must take to check the policies? All the above policies configured in one HC policy, shall I Create an HC policy for each one? it may speed up the process !!
