I'm using Pulse Secure for NHS connection, on Wifi and Win10. 70Mbps EE broadband, using standard EE broadband WiFi router. Ookla Speedtest shows 70Mbps I log into the VPN and it "connects". Instantly no onward internet connection. I "disconnect" the Pulse Secure VPN. Instantly 70Mbps back available. Local IT support for work are completely incapable of explaining or fixing this. I suspect it is a simple fix, maybe something to do with port forwarding...but they just prevaricate. Any help offered here, things to try, would be most appreciated.
