Hello Mark, Thanks for your suggestion. I could found how to enable IP transparency but where I can enable multihosted TIP modules? Finally got work and with IP Transparency when setup those servers default to STM. And remember to enable ip_forward for allow those servers which can access Internet via STM

After check some website. I have following below URL https://supportkb.riverbed.com/support/index?page=content&id=S17024&actp=LIST also enable the IP Transparency at Pool --> Connection Management --> IP Transparency ---> Select Yes But after enable it. The website could not reach and show ------------------------------------------ Service Unavailable The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later. ------------------------------------------- did any idea for this?

Hello, I am testing with Stingray-VA appliance version now. Recently I checking the IP Transparency with URL Tuning Stingray Traffic Manager I want to check is it appliance version already included or I need to install the modules patch like above URL. When I try to load install the modules. It shown the following error ------------------------------------------------------ # ./install_modules.pl Checking system...ok Checking build environment... Unable to find the command 'make' in your PATH. Please adjust your PATH or install 'make' and try again. ----------------------------------------------------------- Any idea about it? Thanks!

Hello, I have got a problem again when setting up a IP Transparency module for Apache. Previously I following http://community.riverbed.com/t5/Extensions/IP-Transparency-module-for-Apache-Webserver/m-p/16622/highlight/true#M5 and download module from http://community.riverbed.com/rvrb/attachments/rvrb/Extensions/5/1/modzeus-10-1.zip compile it and loading under Apache. However, today when I am setup new Apache server. The webpage and URL did not available now, so how can I solve this problem? My loadbalancer is running under VMs but did not allow to modify Kernel (OpenVZ). So ztrans Stingray Kernel cannot apply and I guess the Stingray's IP transparency feature did not available like this. Hi, I have problem when setup the Permission under Traffic Manager GUI: Traffic Manager: Version 9.0 For example I have different Traffic IP Group A, B & C. and also different Virtual Servers D, E & F and Pool G, H & I Now, I would like to setup a Guest User call "Demo" with customize Guest group base on Default Guest group. Question is: How can I control User "Demo" can only view the information Traffic IP Group A + Virtual Servers D and Pool I Also only allow to view Activity information for Virtual Servers D under Activity? Got why because the https still did not decrypt at traffic manager. Still it cannot identify the source IP due to limited information. But where I can download the extension now? It is because the URL did not shown the extension download link now. Thanks!

Hello, With reference to (IP Transparency module for Apache Webserver). It can successful setup IP transparency for Apache webserver, and it could found the real visitors IP from Apache Log. However, the https log still shown the Stingray Traffic Manager IP. Want to know where is caused the problem and how to solve it? My config: Stingray Traffic manager 500 L1 ver 9.0 Apache machine: Ubuntu 12.04 Apache 2.2.22 One more thing is where I can download the extension now?
