found the solution: uninstall pulse secure remove the following remaining folders: /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.pulsesecure.AccessService.plist /Library/LaunchDaemons/net.pulsesecure.UninstallPulse.plist optionaly  remove folder at user side /library/Apllication Support/Pulse Secure optionaly  remove folder at top side /library/Apllication Support/Pulse Secure install pulse secure ...
