I was talking to a NetApp guy and he said: "For the MAPI/RPC virtual servers you'll need to set the timeout to 2 hours (7200 seconds) or more to stop the annoying reconnecting messages." He also said: "For the MAPI/RPC pools, connection management, set nodeconn_close to yes.  This drops the MAPI connection when the CAS goes down, otherwise it will freeze Outlook while it times out.  You'll need this on all three pools." ...
