Hi @zanyterp, I got the same error from Pulse Secure 9.1.9.4983 installed on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS. This Ubuntu release is a non-mint release. I also tried to install by root besides by plain user, but I still got the error. Can you tell me how to fix it? Dear Pulse Secure Community, I cannot connect via PulseSecure after installing an VPN called surfshark, and I deleted all the virtual adapters installed by surfshark in my device manager on Windows 10, Lenovo T470 laptop. However I also accidentally deleted Juniper Networks Virtual Adapter Manager in my Lenovo T470 computer, which is a prerequisite of PulseSecure. Without it, the pulse secure keeps prompting "unable to set up the virtual adapter". I cannot find a way to restore the "Juniper Networks Virtual Adapter" as its driver is not available to public. What should I do next? Thanks!
