It may be a bit late, but if anyone else is interested in the answer to this... You can upgrade a software install of vTM from 8.0 to 17.4 but you can not do this directly with a virtual appliance (VA) . Hi Qasim, If you're upgrading I would advise going to a higher version because 10.3 reaches EOS in December and you'll have to do it again. Either version 10.4 LTS or 11.0 (latest). Regards Roy
