Primary Auth Server has to be AD, as first page will authenticate AD password If authenticate success , it will go to 2nd page, prompt user to enter OTP. That is why Primary Auth Server is AD, Secondary Auth Server is Radius. If I set Radius Accounting to None will it still work?

Currently, the logging in of user into SSL VPN requires 30 sec. The realm authentication settings are as follows: 1st Auth-> Authenticate with AD Server 2nd Auth->Authenticate with Radius Server After clicking submit when user enters the OTP, it takes 30 sec to login. Is there any way to disable the Accounting Port, as our Radius Server doesn't use an Accounting Port. It seems to take too long to check Radius Accounting. Actually the problem is solved. But I do not understand these: 1. Enabling SSO, and disabling SSO. What difference does it make? It doesnt seem to affect my 2 phase authentication(1st page authenticate password, 2nd page authenticate OTP) 2.In the Sign-In Page, ticking and unticking the prompt the secondary credentials on the second page, makes no difference at all. Not very sure what is this option used for. 3. In Auth. Servers-> Radius Server Config-> Ticking the Users authenticate using tokens or one-time passwords makes no difference to my auth process. Not very sure what is this option used for. Currently using SA 4500.

I tried using NTRadPing Test Utility, entering the Radius Server IP/Port, Shared Secret,User-Name,Password, Request Type: Authentication Request. For Additional RADIUS Attribute: I added NAS-IP Address: (The client IP address ) . NTRadPing was able to authenticate with RADIUS Server successfully. Now, in SSL VPN SA 4500, I created a realm which uses Radius Authentication, and in NAS IP Address, I entered IP Address for Internal port. However , it is not successful. Yes it is set to none But.. My first server authentication I put as AD Additional Auth server I put as RADIUS, due to the reason that user needs to login into first page and Authenticate with AD, then go to 2nd page to authenticate with RADIUS Is this option possible or not? Is it possible to set Accounting to None in Additional authentication server?

I already have a Production SA4500 pointing to a Radius Authentication server, at port 1812 to do the authentication. When user goes to VPN Login URL1, user enters the password ,realm info,and 2FA info, and Radius authenticates the user and gives Accept or Reject. Now, I want to add another VPN Login URL2 page, pointing to the same Radius Authentication server, at port 1813, to do the authentication. The rest of the settings are the same. Can SA 4500 concurrently do this: VPN Login Page 1 do authentication with IP Address 1 port 1812 VPN Login Page 2 do authentication with IP Address 1 port 1813 (for testing of new system before migration) Also, how do I configure VPN Login page? Can I import aspx files for VPN Login pages?

Is it possible to perform this function using Custom Sign In page? Implication is that if user clicks 4 times instead of once(to validate 1st AD, then OTP), it will lead to first time user is able to login, but subsequent request, Invalid OTP. It also leads to redundant authentication wasting time by Radius Server, where it only needs to authenticates the first authentication request only. Since the custom sign in page uses javascript, is there any way I can put javascript in the custom sign in page? Please add this feature to the next version if it is not added.

VPN Login page was implemented with Radius Authentication , with radius server sending back Accept or Reject(by authenticating AD and OTP), let's take the time taken to do 1 authentication be T1. However, in order to let users key in the 2nd field on OTP page, we split the password and OTP from a single field to two fields, this time SA 4500 authenticates the AD, then Radius. The time taken for 1 authentication T2 is much longer than T1. How do I improve the performance for T2?
