We have been having the same issue, but not only on Win8.1 but also on some Win7. We are running V7.3R4.1. All systems affected are using IE11, but our internal tech support suspect that the issue is caused by a MS change to Remote Desktop that is bult into Win8.1 and available as an update on Win7 - KB2830477 http://support.microsoft.com/KB/2830477 We are working to confirm this.
