We are facing the same issue on Win 7 Pro x64 after reinstalling Pulse Secure (previous uninstall due to other reasons). BFE is ok MaxNumFilters registry is set to value 8 (we tryed even with 14 but the issue persists) On device manager we found: juniper networks virtual adapter manager (with yellow exclamation point and error code 39) but we don't found: juniper adapter (show hidden devices active) This could be the cause?
