I don't have the exact reproduction steps, but, the scenario would be something along the lines of plug in multiple monitors, (this could be an external monitor for laptop) do some logins on that screen. FYI I believe this is due to having multiple monitors and then switching to a different number. I've had this on my laptop and my desktop (moved from 3 to two different screens) Popup window gets lost. Its a pretty standard occurance on windows apps.
