Hi, I am trying to install PulseSecure on a Windows 10 Pro device and I get the following error:   00160,09 2021/11/02 11:51:10.842 1 SYSTEM MsiExec.exe jnprTdi p9272 t4078 jnprTdiInstDLL.cpp:208 - 'jnprTdi' deletion of driver file jnprTdi_9113_11723 failed, error 2 00150,09 2021/11/02 11:51:10.851 1 SYSTEM MsiExec.exe jnprTdi p9272 t4078 jnprTdiInstDLL.cpp:227 - 'jnprTdi' deletion of driver key jnprTdi_9113_11723 failed   I have already tried to follow what was described in here, but for me the command: >> sc delete jnprTdi_XXX_XXXX doesn't work as there is no jnprTdi_XXX_XXXX in my drivers (all I can find there is jnprns.sys --> shall I delete that one?).   driverquery /FO LIST | findstr "Pulse" --> returns  Module Name: PulseSAM Display Name: Pulse Secure WFP Driver (PulseSAM)   I have attached the setupapi.app.log and setupapi.dev.log for more info related to the issue (02/11/2021 timestamp of last retried 11:50 ): <LINK REMOVED>   How can I proceed? Hi, I was trying to install the Pulse Secure 9.1 on my Windows 10 machine and the operation rolls back due to the errors:   00161,09 2021/11/02 11:01:13.744 1 SYSTEM MsiExec.exe jnprTdi p13768 t2980 jnprTdiInstDLL.cpp:208 - 'jnprTdi' deletion of driver file jnprTdi_9113_11723 failed, error 2 00151,09 2021/11/02 11:01:13.762 1 SYSTEM MsiExec.exe jnprTdi p13768 t2980 jnprTdiInstDLL.cpp:227 - 'jnprTdi' deletion of driver key jnprTdi_9113_11723 failed   I did the command in cmd: driverquery /FO LIST | findstr "Pulse" and tried to delete the jnprTdi_XXX_XXXX as suggested in this post , but there is no jnprTdi driver present in my system32/drivers.
