PCS 9.1r8 version is being used. Before upgrading to the 9.1r12 version, we tested it on spare equipment. When accessing the web page, PDC upgrade through upgrade halper is good, but when I access PDC, there is no upgrade guide. When I looked up the document, it was recommended to upgrade through the web due to the change in the Build version.
