Hi zanyterp, The issue has been resolved! Apparently, the app was installed on my mac but it was not visible! So I dig all the folders on my computer and found that and removed that then I could installed it again with no issue.

Hi zanyterp, Thank you for your reply, I actually was trying to install the .dmg version. I am not sure what is the web-based version. this is the version I am trying to install: ps-pulse-mac-9.1r14.0-b13525-installer.dmg Also, I deleted all the packages and related files from my MacBook but it did not help. Hi Everyone, Our IT team has changed the configuration for our VPN server, so I had to apply changes on my MacBook as well. I was getting an error so I decided to uninstall the Secure Pulse and re-install it again but now am I am getting the below error. Do you have any idea what I can do? I tried on another Mac and it worked with no issue. Error: the installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail........ Also, there is another small window on top of that says: "Pulse Secure application launcher Detected an internal error. Please retry." Thank you in advanced
