After my first day in the office I am experiencing this same frustrating issue. Initially I couldn't connect in the office, eventually it somehow bulldozed through after exiting and restarting the program (and turning the wifi back on). Now I am home again where I've worked for well over a year, and pulse secure is giving a "network Unreachable" error.   If it helps, for whatever reason the dialogue to connect doesn't even pop up.
