Oh hi @zanyterp,  I managed to solve it already. Thank you anyway! :)   How I solved my issue: I found another "company's" website which also uses Pulse Secure and downloaded it which then worked for me when I ran client Setup. My guess is that there might be something wrong with the Pulse Secure launcher download on my clients website. ... View more

Solved: I manage to download another Pulse Secure from another website using it and that Pulse Secure worked for me. I assume that the Pulse Secure on my clients website might not be working properly.  ... View more

After I downloaded the Pulse Secure VPN on my clients website on a Windows 10 Pro Laptop, followed by Pulse Scure Setup Client but then I get a popup saying:   The server configuration requires the application to be pre-installed on your machine. Detected an internal error. Please retry. If the issue persists, contact your administrator.   Is there anyone or a Moderator who can help me with this? I have the debugging log for Mods if you need to take a look at it. ... View more

Hi @zanyterp, I'm having problem with PulseSecure,  the same problem where "The server configuration requires the application to be pre-installed on your machine" and "Detected an internal error.
