Found the reason. In Mac's General => Login Items, find "Pulse Secure LLC", close it and reopen it, the problem is solved.

Hi The current UI is using the classic mode. I tried to switch to: administrator settings, New-UX (E), but still cannot create a connection. But New-UX prompts: Ivanti Secure Accsee Client service is not running, or: This name is already in use. Please specify a unique name for this connection.
