I have not been lucky regarding this issue, which has already been long for months.   The internet provider (Three UK) states that it's all right from their side, with no VPN blocking or IP changes during the day.   The company IT support team, got reinstalled the PulseSecure VPN, and they tested it with several other connections (other internet providers), and they told me it works fine, so they don't want to investigate further since they stated that it's not their "responsibility" to investigate further.   In the end, I still suffer from continuous recconections every 3 minutes while using my 5G router from Three UK.  With no VPN I enjoy a really good speed 800/100Mbps with no issues.  It's just when the VPN is on....  It  never last more than 3 minutes...  It is super annoying to work under that circumstances.  ... Contacted "Three UK" client support and I have been told that the IP should not change at least or a few hours, they said maybe 1 or 2 times per day at max.  But my disconnection is every 3 minutes. VPN drops and reconnects after a few seconds. ... View more

I have been monitoring my IP (WAN) and it does not change, at least for a few hours. But the VPN reconects every 3 minutes.  So I am thinking the "Three" answer about the dynamic IP may not be the cause.   Still pending to test another VPN under the same "Three" connection.   I am not allowed to change the PulseSEcure configuration to other protocols (at least not on my work laptop).  I could make some test if I could have a testing temporary license for my personal computer?  ... Hello,   I contacted Three UK support team, They opened an investigation case. After 2 days they come back to me, and their conclusion is:  Their network works fine, and the problem/issue must be an incompatibility between their network and PulseSecure.  They can't change anything on their network configuration since that would create instabilities.   They pointed out that Three UK clients we do have a new IP assigned roughly every 3 minutes, dynamic IP, what may be causing the issue when PulseSecure tries to double check the ID/ user compliance.    So, is it true that PulseSecure may have problems when the IP changes, that sometimes it needs to "reconnect" and it may take long enough to sometimes loose our remote session?    ... Hello,   I suspect is something about my network.   When connected with other phone hostpot I have no problems, but only with Three and Smarty.   Lebara and Vodafone seems okay.   So, if I contact my internet provider (Three), what kind of information or justification can I say?   Since withouth VPN the connection is very fast (900MB) and no drops or cuts, only while using VPN.  So I guess the provider will say is the VPN fault?     ...
