Thanks for the update. The funny thing is - the installer runs automatically when the client visits the gateway webpage. So there is no way for the user to set the compatibility mode. I'm curious: How exacty does the installer check for OS-version? Registry keys? some dll? Anyway - we are quite sure that the problem only happens with the batch of lenovo-notebook's Will do a system restore with the image supplied by lenovo and a manual win7-install after christmas. An update post will follow probably next week.
