Self reply if that can help someone in the future: It was due to web process overload, nothing to do with DDoS.

hI, ive mtu = 1500 mtu of physical interfaces = 1500 tun mtu = minimum(1500, 1500) - 100 = 1400 So, MSS=1360 I do not think we can do any tuning on this. Regards, Jay

Auto-reply, if that can help anybody :) Linked to KB 26656, it was due to the default limitation of Windows about Filter Drivers on the NIC. The max is 8 by default, and I was trying to deploy the 9th with this new Pulse version and his new driver. Workaround is to increase the value in reg key, or uninstall other filter before, like previous Pulse version, or unused software using this feature.
