Is there a way to download any newer version than the one on the device itself? I can download version 7.0R8 (build 19501)[7.0.0-19501(1620)] from the SA but would like to try a newer version for a Mac OS X client.  ... View more

Users unable to manage their password from iPhone,...

Hi, I have a question regarding the ability for users using iPhone, iPad and Windows mobile. They manage to login to the Juniper SA 4500 but when they are logged in; they can't use preferences to change their password. Logging and changing passwords in via web browsers works fine. I have found a KB regarding this  http://kb.pulsesecure.net/InfoCenter/index?page=conten t&id=KB23376  which describes the issue. Does anyone know if this issue has been looked into by Juniper and if a fix or workaround are avaialble?     Thank you!  ... View more
