Hi, we have an appliance Juniper MAG4610 and basically our setup here is users auth via a radius server. My question is, if for example a specific user resigns and they havent returned their respective laptops, eventhough we disabled their accounts via AD, technically they can still establish vpn connections, how do we prevent this? I see, let me request for another copy of xml where they export using a higher firmware version. The original xml was exported with 7.4R5 which was advised by Juniper to upgrade to &.4R9 due to the heartbleed issue. Thanks for the advice, will let you know for any developments Jeff

Hi, I was trying to import an xml file given to us by our global team but unfortunately, it always gives me an import xml error status. Please see screenshot below: What I did to troubleshoot so as to check if the problem is with the xml file, I tried to export the existing xml file from the device and tried to reimport it and it gave me the same error message. Is there something missing that I didnt do? Thanks in advance Jeff

Hi, I was able to enable external port for remote administration. But definitely, I would like to import a certificate for security. Generate a CSR in a Windows Server via IIS, used that csr and created the certificate via Digicert. Downloaded the .cer file but my question is, where do I import this .cer file? I can see 5 menus for certificate. Please see attachment below I tried to import it via device certificate but it says import failed. Am I going on the wrong menu? Thanks Jeff

In port A02, I've setup a public IP but everytime I tried accessing the ip via web browser, it tells me that I dont have the permission to access the management page and contact my systems administrator. Is there a permission I need to enable first under admin realms before I can access thids via public ip. FYI, This one's working via local IP on port A01 Thanks Jeff

Just one issue I noticed, right after I logout of super admin, it allowed me to login using the credentials I made but other crdentials aren't accepted. To be able to access other credentials, I should go to super admin again, logout, then login the second credentials. Is this normal? Jeff

Hi, I'm new to Juniper SSL VPN, tried to perform an initial setup on this device, via console, I setup a username and password so that I can access the web interface. After initial setup of credentials, IP, etc, I was able to access the web GUI. This is last week, today, when I tried to access the web interface, it is not accepting my credentials, saying incorrect username or password, I tried the super admin access, inside auth servers, I saw the credentials I created during initial config. so what i did, tried to retype the password, and save the config. Log out the super admin but still unsuccessfull using the previous credentials. Regards, Jeff
