I would create 3 roles and assign one pool to each role then setup your endpoint security for each OS. Once you have those setttings in place, assign the host checker rule to your roles. Mark

I was able to fix or solve this problem by first setting my Connection is established:>Automatically at user login. Under VPN Tunneling Options for Juniper client on Windows > select Launch client during Windows Interactive User Logon and select Allow user to decide whether to start client when logging into Windows. Now i'm able login after my password has been reset by my company's helpdesk. This also works on machine that you've never logged into before. Mark

Manually setting you DNS settings in your Tunnel Profile will correct the issue. I had the same problem with a few of my users and forcing the mag to configure DNS instead of using the default IVE fixed the issue. Select manual dns settings and the reset should be pretty straight forward. For DNS Search order, Make sure you set it to Search the device's DNS servers first, then client Mark

To resolve the issue, you need to edit the Windows Registry key: HKLM/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/Network/MaxNumFilters This value defines the maximum number of network filter drivers allowed on the computer. Try to change this value to 14 (maximum value Hexadecimal), and the Junos Pulse install should finish successfully. Hi, I'm looking for a way to allow a user who forgot their windows password to log in to their machine after the password has been reset on my corporate domain. Right now I have my SSL connection establish option set to Automatically at log in. upon boot up, the user enter their new credentials then click proceed for pulse but after pulse connect, the end user receive an invalid credential for windows. One additional note. If you add a role mapping, the AD group cannot be empty. If that group is empty, you will not be able to connect using pulse or your browser. Mark

To correct my problem, I had to delete the groups in Active directory and recreate them. Doing this allowed me to connect without any issues. Thanks for all the help and guidance. Mark

Steve/Jay, The subnets aren't the problem. I was able to reach all my resources using a local system account on my SA appliance. It seems like the group search are what's failing using my Active directory Realm. I do have a case open with JTAC but if you guys have any ideas, please let me know. Mark

Jay, I get the same issue going through my browser. What i've noticed is I have 3 subnets 10.226.0.0/20, 10.227.0.0/20, 10.228.0.0/20. I'm having an issue where if i have more then 3 rules in my Role Mapping, my users are not able to connect using pulse for that specific realm. If remove one entry and attempt to connect again using the pulse, I'm able to connect with no problem. Anyone have any idea what might be causing this issue?
