Hi there We recently introduced our new remote access based on ive 8.0R6 (hardware is mag2600) as a replacement of our old cag (citrix access gateway). Doing so we provide some citrix terminal sessions, configured as listed applications, with a fallback to jica on java. In the meantime we got several complains about the user experience on mac os x (versions are 10.9, 10.10). As you would expect using java the performance is not that great, meaning there is always a delay when you press a key. Furthermore even in fullscreen mode of a citrix application running under jica the status bar of os x does not get hidden. We installed the citrix receiver now on such mac os x clients however, this citrix receiver is never triggered to start. Even if I disabled java support on the ressource the citrix receiver does not start, in such I situation I get the message that the terminal session is not supported on my client. I would expect all the user complains get away once we can provide this funktionality also on os x as we know it from windows. However no way, we do not get the citrix receiver get started if I click a citrix terminal session, no matter which browser. How do you get that issue handled? Did you get citrix receiver involved, did you get jica speed up and did you get the os x status bar get hidden in the full screen mode? Thanks your any hints, Stefan
